Un cliente que reciba tres notificaciones válidas en doce meses verá su cuenta terminada. Una contranotificación restablece el material tras el periodo de espera legal, salvo que el reclamante presente demanda.

How Parcha Lab handles notices: We remove material named in a valid notice and tell the client which material and why. A client who receives three valid notices within twelve months has their account terminated. A counter-notice restores the material after the statutory waiting period unless the claimant files suit.
